Here are a few samples of some bracelets I wrote instructions for as a joint venture with a "friend". I learned a some very hard lessons doing that project.  You can use these instructions  for personal use,  for commercial use, mass production (just don't use child or slave labor), to teach classes with or to wallpaper your bathroom. You do not need to ask permission before distributing.
